Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • 3 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 35 years

– Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, EPZ regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context

*Compliance Management:

Ensure the factory’s compliance with all local labor laws, EPZ regulations, and industry standards.

Monitor and implement policies related to employee welfare, safety, and rights.

Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.

Maintain up-to-date records of all compliance-related documents and reports.

* Human Resources Management:

Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

Support employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.

Implement and monitor HR policies, including attendance, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.

Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.

Develop and conduct training programs on compliance, safety, and ethical practices for all employees.

Manage the grievance channels, ensuring confidentiality and prompt resolution of issues.

Facilitate the anonymous reporting mechanism and ensure that all complaints are addressed impartially.

Prepare regular reports on HR and compliance activities for the management.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all employee and compliance-related files.

Assist in preparing reports for head office and external stakeholders as required
