Responsibilities & Context
- Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
- Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications, networks, printers, and scanners etc.
- Configure Mail client for exchange/POP/IMAP and troubleshooting.
- Network cabling and provide basic support of networking.
- Provide IT support to End Users’ Devices, Such as Computer Hardware, Desktops, Laptops, Software, Networks, Wireless Router, Printers & Share, Scanners, Projectors, etc. & Replacing Computer Parts as Required.
- Working, manage and Monitoring Access Control and Attendance Machine (Face/Finger ).
- Clear knowledge on windows Server environment – Active directory, Domain Controller, Policy, DNS Server.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop.
- Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
