Education

Experience

    Wholesale, Restaurant, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Fast Food Shop, Furniture, School

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Experience in HR or procurement, preferably in an assistant or support role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional HR or procurement certification is a plus.
  • Must have sound knowledge of labor law and HR policies.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Help management to implement HR policies and ensure procedures of compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain proper recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and arranging to scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Prepare and record keeping all certificates of every employee’s file based on post position.
  • Prepare all HR reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Prepare and develop to implement procurement strategies and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Support the sourcing and evaluation of suppliers, and help negotiate contacts.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Market research to identify potential suppliers and new products for purchase.
  • Maintain procurement records and prepare reports on procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions as per management decision.
