Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Must be Self-motivated, Proactive, Hard worker, Problem solver, and Positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
Any kind of IT-related problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of Adobe application

Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications.
Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
Implement and manage security protocols to protect the company’s data and systems.
Conduct regular backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
