Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • 3 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, EPZ regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure the factory’s compliance with all local labor laws, EPZ regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and implement policies related to employee welfare, safety, and rights.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all compliance-related documents and reports.

Human Resources Management:

  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Support employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, including attendance, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Develop and conduct training programs on compliance, safety, and ethical practices for all employees.
  • Manage the grievance channels, ensuring confidentiality and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Facilitate the anonymous reporting mechanism and ensure that all complaints are addressed impartially.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR and compliance activities for the management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all employee and compliance-related files.
  • Assist in preparing reports for head office and external stakeholders as required
