Responsibilities & Context

Ismartu Technology BD Limited (formerly known as Transsion Bangladesh Limited) is a subsidiary of Transsion Holdings, a company dedicated to becoming a leading provider of smart devices and mobile services in global emerging markets. Our portfolio includes popular smart brands such as TECNO, itel, Infinix etc. With an aim to strengthen the sales channel, the company is now looking for energetic, well-mannered, and promising professionals to join its TECNO Mobile Retail Sales Training operations.

  • Develop new Brand Promoter by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling product orientation.
  • Determines training needs by traveling with Brand Promoters; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with Channel Sales Managers.
  • Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
  • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
  • Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.
  • Sincerely follow the company rules and regulations, passionate to improve sales skill and ability.
  • Sales promoter recruitment, training and management.
  • Follow up sales promoter productivity; reach the sales target and arrange sales training.
  • Identify the reason behind low performance, make a plan to improve low performer, train up individually and follow up the result.
  • Prepare regional training plan and material to improve Sales.
  • Arrange monthly classroom training and make a plan to achieve monthly target.
  • Collect & be updated yourself about competition activities & take action plan accordingly.
  • Make a good relation among Retail and Sales promoter for smooth sales operation.
  • Make promotion and growth plan for individual sales promoters.
  • Deal with customer inquiry in a professional way.
  • Collaborate with management & Human Resource Department to identify company training needs.
  • Supports training objectives by recommending budget items, controlling costs.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the department.
