Requirements

Education

  • Candidates must have Masters/MBA.
  • Candidates with MBA with Human Resource Management as their major will be preferred. Candidates who have completed any Human Resource Management related training programs or diploma’s in addition to their MBA will be preferred.

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), NGO, Hospital, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery), School, Food (Packaged)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 30 years
  • Of overall experience, minimum 2 years must have been spent in the Human Resources and Admin Department at Factory of a major organization.
  • Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.
  • Maximum age for any candidate is 30 years, candidates who are above 30 will not be considered for this post. Candidate must be willing and able to work extended hours under stressful conditions.
  • Must Stay near the factory (Baimail, Konabari, Gazipur) and willing to work in shifting duties.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist factory HR to ensure smooth running of all HR functions.
  • Within HR department, responsibilities of employee include assisting and supervising in the following processes:
  • Identify staff /worker vacancies and recruit new employees when needed.
  • Assist to Conduct recruitment process of worker for any vacancies at Factory.
  • Assist for Monitoring health, safety, environment and other compliance issues.
  • Follow up daily HR & Admin and other housekeeping-related activities of the company.
  • initiate, plan and implement training and orientation programs.
  • Implement and maintain customized Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Candidate must be familiar with HRIS software systems.
  • Maintain employee relations and handle employee grievances as well as disciplinary cases.
  • Should have sound knowledge of Bangladeshi Labor Law and some international labor law.
  • Handle the Leave Management of Employees.
  • Perform other general HR Operations as and when needed.
  • Monitor Administrative, Transport & Overall Logistics issue as per Factory management direction.
  • As and when required maintain communication with local government authorities (such as REB, BTCL, Titas Gas, Dept. of Environment, Labor, Fire Service and Civil Defense and others)
  • Support to maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. Meticulous, detailed, well organized and able to work to meet deadline.
  • Perform any other job assigned by the factory management.
