Job Context:
KR Flexi Pack Ltd is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive professional who has proven experiences and skills for the position of Sr.Officer, Production.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have working experience as Officer in a renowned Printing & Packaging manufacturing industry
- Plan, organize, implement and monitor Production activities to achieve continuous effective Production target.
- Develop proper forecasting plan and inventory management in the depot and customer level.
- Use leadership techniques to motivate and to develop people
- Resolve all Production related issues and problem risen from machine by coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments.
- To monitor and control all production processes in the sample, production unit & goods receive-delivery section.
- To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
- To check to lay out a plan in order to achieve maximum production.
- To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
- To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
- If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line-leader or responsible person and take necessary action immediately.
- To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and in hygienic condition.
- To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
- To follow the principle of cost-minimizing.
- Ensure the good quality of the products
- Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
