Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
1. Sales force/producers total recruitment process management & code allocation.
2. Producer information update on IDRA’s Agent License Online (ALO) module.
3. Maintaining liaison with IT Department to establish compatible software for Branch Service operations.
4. Providing necessary information as per need of producers.
5. Producers Commission payment management as per IDRA guidelines.
6. Prepare different types of Contest results & gift distribution as per contest Policy.
7. Producers & Branch office licensing & license renewal process.
8. Supervisors & employees of agent Bonus/Incentive payment management as per Company Sales Policy.
9. Provide training on Branch Service to new or promoted UM/BM to increase their work efficiency.
10. Prepare different types of reports as per management & regulatory requirements.
