Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Responsibilities & Context

Assist in process design and optimization:

• Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes.

• Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies in the manufacturing process.

Collaborate and Innovate:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance production efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing, quality control, and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve abnormalities in plant operations.

• Foster a teamwork-oriented environment to improve plant operations.

Monitor and Analyze Performance:

• Analyze and report on key performance metrics to optimize productivity.

• Assess equipment and control systems operation to determine performance.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for all machineries.
• Provide technical support for production activities and ensure good quality of finished products as per process requirements.

Maintenance and Compliance:

• Ensure scheduled maintenance of all machineries.
• Coordinate production activities, ensuring compliance with manufacturing technology, product quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Operational Support:

• Support senior management in strategic decision-making.
• Monitor plant performance to ensure operations are within design limits and meet performance targets.
