Responsibilities & Context
Assist in process design and optimization:
- Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies in the manufacturing process.
Collaborate and Innovate:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance production efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing, quality control, and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve abnormalities in plant operations.
- Foster a teamwork-oriented environment to improve plant operations.
Monitor and Analyze Performance:
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to optimize productivity.
- Assess equipment and control systems operation to determine performance.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for all machineries.
- Provide technical support for production activities and ensure good quality of finished products as per process requirements.
Maintenance and Compliance:
- Ensure scheduled maintenance of all machineries.
- Coordinate production activities, ensuring compliance with manufacturing technology, product quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Operational Support:
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making.
- Monitor plant performance to ensure operations are within design limits and meet performance targets.
