Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure 24/7 availability to reach BRACNet.
- Receiving phone calls from clients.
- Attend every query / complain mail in a timely manner, reply / escalate within minimum possible time.
- Provide appropriate feedback to clients.
- Done primary troubleshoot within the scope and escalated when required.
- Generate a complain ticket which contains all details of client problems and forward it to the concerning department.
- Regular Update to Clients for an Open Ticket.
- Proper Closing of Tickets with Resolution.
- Closely monitoring BRACNet network.
- Generate tickets, SMS for internal communication and contact vendors (NTTN, IIG, LSPs, Operators etc.).
- Proactive Monitoring and Fault Detection.
- Survey call to clients of closed tickets.
- Following up unresolved issue with internal/external stakeholders until resolved.
- Attend every mail in timely manner (Internal/External).
- Attend all complaint channels i.e. WhatsApp, Teams, mail etc. in a timely manner.
- Provide appropriate feedback of mail in timely manner (Internal/External).
