Skills:

  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, buyers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in commercial and audit software related to Transaction Certificate management.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of fabric production, merchandising processes, and the certification requirements for organic and recycled materials.

We are seeking a dedicated Transaction Certificate (TC) Executive to manage all aspects of Transaction Certificates related to organic and recycled content in our products.

Responsibilities:

Transaction Certificate (TC) Management:

  • Oversee the Entire TC Lifecycle: Manage the full spectrum of Transaction Certificates, including OCS (Organic Content Standard) and RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) for yarn, fabric, and finished garments.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers: Collaborate with both local and international suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate issuance of Transaction Certificates for all organic and recycled materials.
  • Buyer Communication: Work closely with buyers to understand and fulfill their TC requirements, ensuring that all certifications are aligned with buyer expectations and industry standards.
  • Documentation & Traceability: Maintain meticulous records of all TCs, including details on raw material sources, production batches, and final products, ensuring complete traceability and compliance with certification standards.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Ensure TC Accuracy: Lead internal audits related to Transaction Certificates, ensuring all certifications meet industry standards and buyer specifications.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on local and international regulations related to organic and recycled materials, ensuring that all TC-related activities are compliant with the latest legislation.

Commercial Operations:

  • Document Preparation: Prepare and manage commercial documents such as invoices, packing lists, and transport documents, ensuring they accurately reflect TC requirements.
  • Import/Export Coordination: Handle the preparation and processing of import/export documents, including customs clearance procedures, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • LC Management: Oversee the opening and management of Letters of Credit (LC), ensuring all TC-related details are accurately reflected and compliant with organizational standards.

Supplier & Buyer Coordination:

  • Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and certification of organic and recycled materials.
  • Buyer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for buyers regarding TCs, providing detailed reports and documentation as needed to satisfy their requirements.
  • Shipment Coordination: Collaborate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure that all shipments meet the necessary TC standards and are delivered on time.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Commercial Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on TC activities and commercial operations, presenting them to senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with the Merchandising, Production, and Compliance teams to ensure that all TC-related processes are integrated smoothly across the organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve TC management processes, incorporating best practices and new technologies.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by top management to support the organization’s commercial and compliance objectives.
