A reputed real estate developer company is inviting applications for the Chief Project Engineer / Senior Consultant (Civil) position for a 10-story Condominium Building at Baridhara Diplomatic Zone.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• 1) Implementation of the 10-story Condominium construction project at Baridhara Diplomatic Zone.
• 2) Liaison, Monitor, and Track the project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• 3) Conduct regular site inspections to asses work quality and resolve any issues that may arise.
• 4) Implement quality control measures to meet the highest construction standards.
• 5) Perform inspection and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.
• 6) Sourcing quality materials for the projects.
• 7) Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stockholders.
