Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- MBA/MCom from any public university or from any well reputed private university. Students of DU, JU, NSU, BRAC, IUB etc. shall get preference.
- IBA, Dhaka University,BRAC University,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience
- At least 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Good knowledge about registration, deed, CS/SA/ RS/ BS porcha & khatian, map, mouja and other related documents.
- Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive experience in Land purchase/Land Sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a reputed organization.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Proficient in both English and Bangla.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Procure land properties in and around the focused locations.
- Maintain and update database of valued and prospective clients.
- Keep liaison with valued and prospective clients, communicate and negotiate on behalf of the organization, and complete all the procedures involved therein.
- Lead a team of professionals and ensure achievement of organizational objective.
- Prepare different reports on team performance and update the Management.
- Assist the Management to find new business opportunities or ventures within the job scope.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned by the Management.
