Responsibilities & Context
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative marketing that align with the company’s business goals. Conduct Market research and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Capacity Planning: Establish, acquire and develop new brands/customers according to company needs. Conduct brand research to identify customer trends and develop products for marketing. General and develop new accounts through cold calling, networking, building relationships with prospects within a specific target of customers looking for garments sourcing solutions.
- Digital Marketing: Lead all digital marketing efforts, including website SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Utilize data analytics to track campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary. Create internal contents such as presentations, videos, fabric hangers and samples to aid marketing.
- Sales and Distribution: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals. Identify and establish partnerships with distributors and retailers both locally and internationally.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage the marketing team to foster a culture of growth and creativity. Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with product development and customer service.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI on marketing spend. Monitor financial performance and report on marketing effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies to foster relationships that drive growth.
