Responsibilities & Context
The Above personnel oversees on-site operations, ensuring that construction activities are completed safely and on time.
Within budget, and ti quality standard. They coordinate between various teams including subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, and to serve as a primary point of contact for the site.

- Site Management:
- Daily Supervision, Coordination, Inspection and Problem solving.
- Team Coordination:
- Subcontractor Management, Labor Management, Training.
- Quality Control:
- Standards Compliance, Deficiency Management.
- Safety Management:
- Safety Policies, Risk Management.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Daily Logs, Progress Reports.
- Resource Management:
- Material Management, Equipment Management.
- Budget & Schedule:
- Budget Adherence, Schedule Management.
- Compliance:
- Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Compliance.
