Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets within the zone.

Set sales targets and objectives for the team, and ensure alignment with the overall company goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales Executives/officer to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
