Responsibilities & Context

COMMISSION AND FREEDOM-BASED

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Corporate Sales Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach within the B2B and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. This position involves field-level activities, including cold calling, corporate visits, and relationship management, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B/Corporate Visit:

  • Conduct regular visits to potential and existing corporate clients to present Leadswin Limited’s platforms and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.

Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other lead-generation methods.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities.

Lead Nursing & Prospect Visit:

  • Nurture leads by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Schedule and conduct visits to prospects to assess their requirements and demonstrate how Leadswin’s platforms can meet their needs.

Sales Presentation & Negotiation:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our platforms.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment agreements with clients to close deals effectively.

Sales Closing & Payment Collection:

  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect payments as per the agreed terms and conditions.

Data Collection & CRM Management:

  • Collect and analyze data from client interactions to gain insights and improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.

Orientation & Basic Training:

  • Provide orientation and basic training to clients on how to use Leadswin’s platforms effectively after the product handover.
  • Ensure clients are well-versed in the functionalities of the platforms, enabling them to maximize their value.

Upselling & Cross-Selling:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and solutions to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies for increasing sales of complementary products.
