Responsibilities & Context
- Develop, implement, and optimize SEM campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Manage budgets, bids, and daily/weekly reporting to ensure campaign success.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and objectives.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals that outline SEM strategies, projected outcomes, and pricing structures.
- Customize proposals to meet the specific requirements and goals of each client.
- Lead client meetings to discuss SEM strategies, campaign performance, and future opportunities.
- Present complex data in an easy-to-understand format, helping clients to see the value of SEM initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional conduct.
- Develop comprehensive SEM strategies that align with clients’ overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for client growth and engagement.
- Work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Mentor junior SEM specialists and provide guidance on best practices and career development.
- Act as a key point of contact between the agency and the client for all SEM-related activities.
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to keep the agency ahead of the curve.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant software for tracking and reporting.
