Responsibilities & Context
- Open to learning more about our overall content marketing efforts to help us provide the best productivity content for our audience.
- Writing copy texts, blog posts, articles, and whitepapers for websites.
- Writing descriptions and documentation for software products.
- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.
- Writing and analyzing content for social media posts and newsletters to create engagement.
- Research and fact-check AI-generated responses.
- Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finish tasks within deadlines.
- Evaluate existing content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
- Help the Team to resolve complex problems, interact with clients through emails or chats, and provide precisely/clearly written instructions and technical guidelines.
