- Project management and supervision skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The license of the professional engineer.
Responsibilities & Context
We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of “Executive – Civil Engineering“. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
- Creating and following up on the project’s schedule and supervising construction works.
- To review the project plans & specifications & comments on the building decisions and changes.
- To assist the estimator in the preparation of the project budget
- To control and monitor labour materials and equipment expenses.
- To monitor safety & ensure that the requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety Act is enforced and ensure proper compliance.
- To have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with owners as well as effectively lead the project execution.
- To carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- To monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
- To comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
