Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Bachelor/Master’s degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred).

Experience

  • At least 3 years

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience 3 years or more in Digital Marketing, Marketing Agency with a strong understanding of planning and strategy.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SEO and Paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Expertise in marketing strategy development and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, trends ,Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent understanding of regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • The ability to use software packages competently, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  • Fluent level of both spoken and written English & Bengali.
  • Excellent communication and project management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the company’s objectives and target audience.
  • Drive innovation and creativity in marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in digital marketing practices.
  • Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to forecast marketing trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective content for digital channels.
  • Assist in budget planning and allocation for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and planning.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.
  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy to enhance website visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports to showcase key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
