Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Beauty Booth Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our client base. Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.

Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues experienced by customers.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.

Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and customer satisfaction goals. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
