Responsibilities & Context
Deal with client inquiries, prepare quotations
Communicate with clients to provide travel services
Respond to clients via online & offline channels
Create travel itineraries with flights, hotels, tours & other travel services
Book flights, hotels & tour packages using different online/offline platforms
Book flights, hotels & sell tour packages OR consult with clients for visa, do visa processing
Keep sales records & report sales information monthly
Manage all online/offline channels of marketing & communication
Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries Keep up to date with tourism destination knowledge
GDS skills will be extra advantage
Other related tasks assigned by admin
