Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic person who will be responsible for factory compliance section of Shoeniverse Footwear Limited, an affiliate of National Polymer Group and the first LEED (GOLD) Certified Green factory in the Footwear industry of Bangladesh.

Coordinate and prepare for various audits and inspections (Buyer COC, BSCI, SEDEX, GRS, RCS, NIRAPON, СТРAT/SCAN, etc.).
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to compliance activities.
Promote awareness of compliance policies and procedures among staff.
Assess training needs and monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
Ensure the timely obtainment, renewal, and updating of necessary compliance licenses and certificates.
Review and update company policies, rules, and regulations to align with compliance requirements.
Maintain and implement compliance mechanisms, tools, and reporting systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, government agencies, and other stakeholders on compliance related matters.
Facilitate audits, inspections, and examinations by coordinating efforts and providing necessary information.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to audits, compliance activities, and corrective action plans.
