Responsibilities & Context

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the company’s vision and overall business strategy.
  • Identify emerging industry trends, opportunities, and threats to drive growth and competitiveness in global markets.
  • Lead product innovation, particularly in electric and sustainable vehicle development, to ensure HNBL’s leadership in the two-wheeler market.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient execution across all business units including R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
  • Set measurable goals for operational efficiency, product quality, and market performance.
  • Continuously optimize supply chain, production processes, and cost structures to maintain profitability and competitiveness.

Financial Management:

  • Ensure strong financial health of the company through prudent fiscal management, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with the CFO and other senior executives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements to meet shareholder and board expectations.

Innovation and Technology:

  • Champion new product development, focusing on digital transformation, electric vehicles, and sustainable technologies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging research and development efforts in new mobility solutions.
  • Ensure technological advancements are integrated into products and manufacturing processes to stay ahead of competition.

  • Cultivate a high-performance, results-oriented culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent across all levels of the organization.
