Summary

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Additional Requirements

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a commercial role, with at least 5 years in a senior management position in the garments industry.
In-depth knowledge of export-import procedures, customs regulations, and bonded warehousing.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Oversee and manage the entire commercial operations of the group, including import, export, customs, bond, and logistics, VAT, Tax, EXP, Export realization, etc.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to export and import activities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage relationships with buyers, suppliers, shipping lines, C&F agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations & smooth supply chain.
Lead, train, and mentor the commercial team to achieve company goals and targets/ensure effective communication.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with key stakeholders.
Ensure timely clearance of goods, proper documentation, and adherence to all legal requirements.
Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Finance, Audit and Marketing to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Liaison with banks, bond customs, ERP, BGMEA, VAT office & all other.
