To support and strengthen our existing team we are looking for smart, ambitious, energetic, intelligent and committed individuals for the following position.

Job Description:

To ensure all the activities of depot as per policy and guideline –
To arrange own/hired trucks for stock transfer from Factory/CDC to depot in time
To achieve the target of distribution expense budget
To achieve Inventory and Batch accuracy 100% –
To maintain optimum inventory level to ensure uninterrupted supply
To maintain all delivery trucks of the depot in tip-top condition
To monitor movement of the trucks through Vehicle Tracking software
To arrange to send urgent products through courier to depots
To check and sign depot expense bill and petty cash fund on regular basis
To ensure all depot licenses and vehicle documents are being updated in time
To check mail on regular basis
To control of overall depot expenditure
To monitor vehicle Fuel consumption regularly
To arrange to send expired/damaged/deteriorated/product complaint stocks to factory for destruction/investigation regularly
To provide the number of cartons received and despatched report to Head of Distribution in every month
To provide the number of trucks loaded and unloaded report to Head of Distribution in every month
To provide truck wise loading and unloading repot on regular basis
To provide truck in and out time on regular basis and All sorts of report to be sent to distribution department as well as other relevant department in time
To play an important role to develop depot personnel
To ensure quick delivery of Oncology & Cold Chain products and other urgent needed products
To ensure safety and security of the depot
To maintain networking with local authorities
Any other job assigned by the management
