Responsibilities & Context

  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Beauty Booth Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our client base.   • Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
  • Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues experienced by customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and customer satisfaction goals. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
