Responsibilities & Context
We are hiring for Retail Manager for a reputed Electronics Company (Mobile).
Responsibility:
- Manage promoter operation in BD with the support of ND
- Ensure promoter target achievement as per set KPIs ( Sales, Productivity)
- Manage promoter HR admin work and payroll with support of ND to ensure promoter salary at set payday
- Manage promoter placement and replacement cycle as per set target days
- Check and verify promoter sales, and attendance data and approve payment in accordance with the target
- Plan and manage protomer retail enabler to support sales target
- Prepare budget and manage budget control and compliance of promoter budget
- Ensure promoter performance review and set quick action ( zero sales, zero stock )
- Prepare to manage Sops to standardize and flawless promoter operation
- Manage Promoter training as per plan ( New promoter , production, soft skills)
