Responsibilities & Context
Project Support:
- Assist the Team Leader in planning and executing garden projects from small to large scale.
- Help coordinate design, construction, and maintenance activities.
Team Coordination:
- Support the Team Leader in managing staff and assigning tasks.
- Ensure effective communication among team members.
Financial Assistance:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Help identify funding opportunities and prepare grant applications.
Community and Education:
- Assist in organizing and conducting educational programs and workshops.
- Engage with the community to promote the garden and its activities.
Sustainability Efforts:
- Support the implementation of sustainable gardening practices.
- Monitor and maintain records of the garden’s environmental impact.
