Adapt to frequent power outages and fluctuations in electricity supply.
Utilize locally available materials and resources for repairs and maintenance.
Need knowledge in compliance for engineering system, like Boiler, ETP, Substation and fire etc.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all mechanical/electrical equipment including pumps, conveyors, substation, meat processing machines, ETP/WTP and refrigeration systems.
Maintain accurate records of mechanical/ electrical maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
Monitor and maintain refrigeration systems to ensure optimal temperature and humidity conditions for meat storage.
Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and controls, like cold store, chilled store, flake ice, AC, etc.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical/refrigeration faults promptly, minimizing downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including AVR, PFI, VFD, LT panel and various electrical equipment.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the maintenance workshop and equipment.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Supervise and train maintenance staff (if applicable).
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations, like HACCAP, GMP etc.
Conduct regular refrigerant checks and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of the slaughtering house premises for potential hazards and safety issues.
Raise spare parts requisition on time.
