Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop financial strategies that aligns with the bank’s goal and ensure growth while collaborating with other Department heads to intergrade them into broader business objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and be accountable for its correctness.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies and other senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Identify, assess, & mitigate financial risks by developing and implementing financial risk management strategies and policies.
- Optimize and monitor bank’s capital structure to enhance financial performance, stability and ensure adequate liquidity.
