Responsibilities & Context
Job Overview:
As an HR Executive at Ultima Bangladesh, you will manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance, reporting directly to the HR Head. This role offers full responsibility for HR in a growing company, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR practices with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Oversee performance management and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR records.
- Develop and update HR policies.
- Administer payroll and employee benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HRM, preferably in small to mid-sized companies.
- Proficiency in HR management software, such as ODOO HRIS or piHR.
