We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team and contribute to the realization of our unique design vision.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with experience in interior design projects to produce precise and detailed drawings and plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, be proficient in CAD software, and have the ability to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with interior architects and designers to create detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts for interior design projects.
• Prepare accurate CAD drawings for all phases of the design process, including concept, design development, and construction documentation.
• Interpret and incorporate design changes, ensuring that all drawings are up-to-date and reflect the latest specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure drawings are clear and meet project requirements.
• Review and modify drawings based on feedback and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Assist in the selection and detailing of materials, finishes, and furnishings as required.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and related documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in the interior design industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong understanding of interior design details
• Ability to read and interpret interior architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
