Responsibilities & Context
Work in symbiosis with our support team enabling them to provide high quality
technical support to end users.
Provide technical mentorship the to the support team, help teach them how to
fish.
Support of critical customer infrastructure in the cloud on on-premises
Implement projects and perform migrations for customers
