- Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
- Proven experience in designing Saas products, specifically ERP, CRM, HRM, Ecommerce solutions, and other similar projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principle, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional product designs. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience and visual design of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to final product, creating user-centered designs that meet business objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fotering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
