1.Handling Customer Complain & Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
2.Working experience on GPON/EPON, CISCO, Mikrotik routing knowledge.
3.Sound knowledge on Transmission network and FTTX technology.
4.Basic understanding of optical fiber testing, and test instruments.
5.Advance IP networking knowledge.
6.Good communication skill and team work.
Responsibilities & Context
·Knowledge about client support (ISP infrastructure, Router, switch)
·Have sound knowledge of all kinds of Optical Fiber related task.
·Must have a good understanding of the technologies and standards.
·Excellent customer presentation and service skills.
·Ability to translate highly technical information to end user customers and staff.
·Participate rotation schedule for nights and weekends
