Technical skills: Need to have good technical skills in Mobile Factory.

Communication skills: Process engineers communicate with many people, including other engineers, and managers. Need good English Communication skills.

Problem-solving skills: Problem-solving skills are essential for process engineers, as they are responsible for identifying and resolving issues in production processes.

Attention to detail: Attention to detail is the ability to notice small changes in a process and understand their significance. Experience in the Debate Club will be appreciated. Work experience in Robotics and publications will be given priority.

Responsibilities & Context

Context:

Vivo Bangladesh Factory is a well-reputed Chinese multinational smartphone assembly and manufacturing company, namely Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Ltd. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Jr. Process Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Process Quality Monitoring, New Model Launch & Process Audit, Inspection Guidance & Feedback Loop, and Production Line Monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze data collected during production runs to identify potential causes of defects or failures, and implement improvements to the manufacturing process.
• Maintain detailed records of quality control measures and equipment maintenance schedules for all production lines.
• Collaborate with production staff to identify and address potential problems in the manufacturing process before they escalate.
• Monitor production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Conduct audits of production facilities to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the launch of new models, audit new process implementations, and identify any loopholes.
• Organize and cultivate a high-performance QC team with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and efficiency.
• Guide the inspection of raw materials, product manufacturing processes, and finished products as per guidance documents. Ensure timely feedback and closed-loop tracking of unqualified products. Train and guide supervisors to identify hidden problems and push for improvements.
• Learn and train new management concepts and inspection methods, optimize QC processes, reduce work difficulty, and enhance the effectiveness of QC supervision.
• Develop and implement QC assessment, reward, and punishment systems. Motivate team members, collect their feedback, and foster a positive and enterprising work environment.
• Regularly communicate with relevant team members to effectively manage and resolve emergencies.
• Monitor and control product quality during mass production through abnormal alarm lines, statistical analysis, failure analysis, and on-site improvements.
• Lead the review, verification, and confirmation of manufacturing processes, equipment fixtures, and test plans during mass production, improving review checklists as necessary.
• Address and prevent process-related issues in the market, including those raised by warranty.
• Optimize PQC and OQC inspection and sampling plans, improve inspection standards, and refine inspection methods.
