Responsibilities & Context
- We are seeking a talented and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive who can be a key contributor to our company’s success.
- Conduct inbound/outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting our products/services.
- Maintain Social pages and reply to their comments and queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
