Responsibilities & Context

  • We are seeking a talented and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive who can be a key contributor to our company’s success.
  • Conduct inbound/outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting our products/services.
  • Maintain Social pages and reply to their comments and queries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team targets.
  • Understand the customer’s issue and solve the issue.
