Requirements
Education

- For graphic design experts, the educational qualification HSC pass will be consider.
- Must be proficient in Bangla typing.

Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of data entry, Internet browsing, MS Word and MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Candidate should have great computer composing speed (Bengali-20 wpm, English-30wpm).
- Smart, presentable, energetic, excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
