Responsibilities & Context
- Ensuring the quality and sustainability of the product according to customer’s requirements.
- Reducing wastage. Monitoring production and operation process and on time Delivery.
- Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure sample standard.
- Supervise and guide the Quality Inspectors, Operators, Technician and others staffs.
- Effectively communicating with CS marketing, product development and production, supply chain.
- Reporting according to top management requirements.To keep all necessary documents production & R&D.
- Ensuring the on-time delivery sample and production considering quality by appropriate planning.
- Day to day production and NPD reporting and record.
- Sample analysis and manage all about criteria.
- Monitoring & controlling NPD and production ensuring target set daily basis. Set SOP for NPD and production.
