Responsibilities & Context
- Implementing the customers SOP’s and closely monitoring for sustainability.
- Conducting the OTM meeting for all the new styles and addressing the findings with the concerned team.
- Conduct a weekly DUH meeting with factory management.
- To ensure bulk, conduct the first sewing, packing, and cartoon inspection.
- Provide label attachment approval for sewing.
- Provide pressing and packing approval before finishing.
- Checking of every style construction with App, CFM, BIS and MD sheet.
- Conducting a manual training program with the factory team. (Monthly basis).
- Arranging bulk pool garments and sending them to buyer’s o’s office (weekly).
- Preparing Factory 5S checklist, Mold checklist and an insect check list on weekly basis.
- Follow-up daily Pre-final, final, Final & Random inspection based on plan.
- Any other task assigned by the Management as when required.
