Responsibilities & Context
- Plan and strategize business for designated area/ district
- Meet/ Exceed targeted sales and KPIs for the district.
- Visit shops/ stores rigorously to improve ambiance of the store
- Execute VM and promotions as per company guidelines.
- Execute follow-up company’s strategy/ decision.
- Coordinate with different departments of the company to get the job done.
- Lead the store/ showroom managers and sales staff to achieve targets/ objectives/ job assigned by the company.
- Analyze data and convert it to insight to help make decision.
