Additional Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and cloud-based technologies.
  • Windows Troubleshooting, Google Docs and Sheets, any desk, Teamviewer.
  • Fluent in the English language.Technical/Customer support background.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • High level of empathy and customer-focused attitude.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  • Provide efficient client support via email, phone, and chat, addressing queries and resolving issues.
  • Find and solve software issues using our products and services.
  • Guide to help clients use our software effectively and improve their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, problems, and solutions.
  • Work with development and product teams to resolve complex issues and improve products.
  • Educate customers and staff on basic technical procedures and best practices.
  • Stay informed on new technologies, software, and hardware to provide effective support.
