Responsibilities & Context
- Communicate with customers, factory and suppliers for smooth handling of orders;
- Applicant must have sound knowledge about Woven Product consumption & costing Knowledge;
- Sound knowledge in handling various styles with the fabric;
- To maintain follow up with buyer & fulfill their requirements;
- Ensure all raw materials/accessories to be in house well in time;
- Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & to ensure shipment on time;
- Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, files, reports & documentation etc.;
- Monitor/follow up sampling and submission;
- Follow up order from development to final Inspection;
- Maintain style closing report after shipment;
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
