Responsibilities & Context

Working Shifts are the following:

a) Work from Office for Shift-1: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM

b) Work from Office for Shift-2: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

c) Work from Home for Shift-3: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

What You Will Do (Job Description)

In this role, you will be responsible for overall success of Customer Support Function of Foreign Client:

• Administration of Onboarding Process
• Handle Client Inquiries on CRM Platforms
• Manage Customer Support Email Inbox
• Respond on Chat Box to Clients & Workers
• Review Compliance Documentation of Workers
