- Should have knowledge of all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels, other prevailing international standards, practical experience at factory level audit.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good liaison with different brands
- Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bengali;
- Good knowledge & skills in computing. E.g. MS Excel/Word/Outlook/Power Point
- Strong technical knowledge of quality systems.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
- Good planning and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
1. Planning:
(1) Identify and implement quality control system requirements in accordance with company-wide and department-specific operational plans to enforce quality policies and objectives.
(2) Develop and implement procedures, instructions, and quality control forms as operational plans.
(3) Define responsibilities, authorities, and internal standards.
(4) Oversee all quality-related activities of the company and make decisions on quality standards within the company’s authority.
(5) Maintain and oversee the company’s quality control system, regularly monitor and report on performance, and communicate findings to directors.
(6) Foster relationships with external organizations and individuals to address quality control system issues.
2.Review:
(1) Conduct internal and external quality control system reviews following scheduled assessments.
(2) Ensure review objectives, content, input information, and outcomes comply with standards.
(3) Continuously improve the quality management system by allocating necessary resources, optimizing workplace layout, providing adequate facilities for document management, upgrading information technology tools, assigning qualified personnel to critical tasks, adhering to performance evaluation regulations, and implementing staff training programs to meet system innovation requirements.
3. Issue Handling:
(1) Implement process improvements.
(2) Adhere to policies and measures proposed for leadership conducting and reviewing processes on a regular or irregular basis.
4.QA Assignment Plan:
(1) Organize regular training sessions for QA staff.
(2) Independently assign in-house QA responsibilities to each buyer.
(3) Evaluate and monitor QA team capabilities.
(4) Provide assistance to the QA team in overcoming challenges.
(5) Research and integrate new updates or requirements from buyers.
