Job Context

We seek an experienced individual for the role of Marketing & Merchandising GM/AGM/Manager. The candidate should be able to acquire reputable buyers for the newly established company. Nannu Apparels Limited, a subsidiary of Nannu Group, is a 100% export-oriented knit composite initiative. It is a sister concern of prominent companies such as Nannu Spinning Mills Limited (Yarn Production: 92 tons/day), Nannu Textiles Mills Limited (Fabric Production: 153 million meters/year), Bexi Fabrics, etc. We are searching for ambitious, talented, and seasoned individuals to establish this project to be one of the best in the country.Job

Responsibilities·

Develop and lead the overall marketing, merchandising, and business development strategy·

To develop buyer, order procurement, correspondence, liaison, and communicate with the buyers regarding capacity booking.

To oversee the costing and pricing of the garments and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.

Concrete and updated knowledge on material cost and consumption, production capacity, and technical knowledge to ensure direct sales and make wealth maximization.

To ensure end to end product life-cycle right from conceptualization, design and manufacturing to delivery.

Create innovative and fresh ideas constantly to meet season/fashion trend and market requirements.

Oversee the design & development team to make them competent as per fashion trend.

Identifying potential delay causing situations that will lead to challenges in meeting basic KPI’s; On-time delivery, order fulfillment, adherence to AQL and monitor overall merchandising team KPI.

Plan, develop, implement and direction of marketing and merchandising team for multiple accounts.

Develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales & develop new business.

Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence in terms of garment fabrics, yarn, trims, and accessories.

Ensure daily update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.

Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery and strong ability on Supply chain / backward linkage management.

Ability to understand current market analysis or trends, customer focus, target market and buying psychology as well as have a strong understanding of the products.

Proper execution of orders according to planned TNA on regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.

Follow up with the planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment moves on time.

Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

Any other task as assigned by the Management.
