Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, including VRF units and chillers.
- Ensure proper setup and configuration of systems as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC, VRF, and chiller systems, including electrical and mechanical issues.
- Replace defective parts, motors, compressors, and other components.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national codes.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and building occupants regarding HVAC issues and solutions.
